Emi Onozuka
Executive Vice President, COO
Japan Catalyst, Inc.
Emi held various roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management during her twenty years at the firm (2000-2020). Since 2016, she headed the Stewardship Responsibility Group in GSAM Japan leading research in ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) and conducted company research and engagements with over 200 companies each year.
Emi is active in industry initiatives and holds a position as the Chair of the Steering Committee for Japan Stewardship Initiative (JSI), Co-Champion of Tokyo Chapter for Sustainable Accounting Standard Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) Network and on a judging panel for the World Intellectual Capital/Assets Initiative (WICI) for its annual report award. Currently, she is a part of Expert Panel on Sustainable Finance established by Japan Financial Services Agency.
Daniel Hildebrand
Head of Digital Services, SGX
Daniel heads SGX’s digital initiatives across cash equity and derivatives. He is driving the development of SGX’s OTC derivatives trade registration and broker-centric trading platform bridging the gap between electronic and OTC markets. He is also driving innovation for cash equity retail customers such as digital corporate actions and electronic payments.
Daniel joined SGX in 2014 after spending almost 10 years in Accenture’s Capital Markets group. Since joining SGX, he worked on several exchange initiatives across trading, clearing, depository services and collateral management as well as in platform sales.
Meiyan Ding
Head of North Asia Derivatives, Equities SGX
Meiyan Ding leads the North Asia team in the Product Management department of Equities Group. She is responsible for driving the growth of North Asia equity derivatives suite of SGX, including its flagship products SGX FTSE China A50 Index Futures, and Nikkei 225 Index Futures. Recently, she has also led the product launch of FTSE China H50 Index Futures and Options.
Prior to joining SGX, she has over ten years of equities trading experience in major Asia-Pacific markets as a Strategic Equity Transactions trader in Natixis.
Suchitra Subramanian
ESG Product Lead, Equities SGX
Suchitra leads the development of ESG linked equities products at SGX. She is a part of SGX’s equities business and is currently driving new products innovation in the derivatives business. Most recently, she was responsible for the launch of SGX’s pioneering suite of ESG linked equity derivatives products.
Suchitra joined SGX in 2019. Prior to this, Suchitra spent over 10 years in the Equity and Funds Solutions Group at Barclays, London across trading and structuring roles.
