Chandra has also completed his foundational studies in Business & Law at Cambridge University and has an LL.B Hons from the University of London.

Dr. Can Van Luc

Chief Economist of BIDV & President of BIDV Training and Research Institute

Dr. Can Van Luc is Chief Economist of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and President of BIDV Training and Research Institute. He is a member of the Bank Board’s Risk Management Committee and Organizational & Strategy Committee. He is also a member of the National Fiscal and Monetary Policy Advisory Council and Vietnam National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation.
He was a senior fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and a Humphrey Fellow in the US from 2007 to 2009, a visiting scholar at IMF in Washington D.C and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 2008. Dr. Luc is the first Vietnamese who received the prestigious Australia-Asia Award for his doctorate program.

Dong Le, CFA

Dong has over 20 years of hands-on experience in market research, commercial due diligence, market entry advisory services including greenfield investments and M&A, and investment management.
